Hi there, my name is Tangles and
My registered name may be 'Gigglin' Girty' but I'm a pretty serious type! I came into the shelter in March, underweight with overgrown hooves. Not a lot is known about my previous life as I was never raced.
During my initial vet exam it was noted that I have had a broken wither. Once I put on some weight, I had a body worker out to assess me and my suitability for riding due to this old injury and there is no reason I can't be used for pleasure riding. Please send me to a professional to have me backed if you don't want me as a paddock ornament.
Recently I have been the cool uncle for a couple of young horses, teaching them how to act properly. I'v been told I'm a really good nanny and I love taking care of others.
I am good to rug and do enjoy a nice brush and some attention even though it can sometimes be a little nerve wrecking for me with unfamiliar faces. I'm starting to learn that spending some quality time with people is actually pretty relaxing. I truly am a sweet horse. I would be suited to a confident home who has the time to put into me and make my life full - I am worth it! If you think you'd be a good match for me, please submit an expression of interest form for.
I am desexed.
