RSPCA op shops
RSPCA Victoria has 13 opportunity shops statewide with a range of great second hand goods - you never know what little treasures you may find! Our op shops are operated solely by teams of dedicated volunteers. Every dollar you spend goes directly to supporting the RSPCA's work.
We are often on the lookout for dedicated volunteers to assist in our op shops. Contact Volunteer Resources for opportunities available and more information.
Donating your goods
You can donate your pre-loved goods directly to any of our stores. By only donating items we can re-sell, you can help us save precious dollars that will be spent helping animals.
Donations that we can accept:
- Good quality bric-a-brac
- New or nearly new clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, jewellery
- Books, including up-to-date reference books
- New or nearly new toys
- Sporting goods
- Craft items – wool, knitting needles, crochet, fabric remnants
- New or nearly new manchester including sheets, towels, blankets, curtains and cushions
- Furniture (we prefer this delivered during opening hours - please ring store to provide advance notice)
- Discontinued or customer returned items from retail stores or manufacturer’s warehouses
- Electrical goods (Burwood East store only)
- Plus any other items that could raise much-needed funds.
Sorry, we're unable to accept mattresses, pillows, underwear, opened toiletries, damaged items (such as chipped glassware and broken furniture).
