Imagine feeling like no one cares. Having no food or shelter while everyone around you is celebrating what is supposed to be the happiest time of year. Sadly, this is a reality for thousands of innocent animals.

Many of the animals we care for are too traumatised, injured or too
young to be adopted. Our Foster Care and Adoption program provides these
animals with a comfortable home environment where they can rest and
recover.
Your support will ensure we can continue providing
RSPCA animals with this extra level of care and will help give them the
best gift of all – the greatest chance of finding a new home. |

Meet some of the animals who have been rehabilitated through Foster Care and found loving new homes:
Filbert
Filbert came to us as a stray with badly inflamed gums and rotten teeth. He was extremely unhealthy and underweight. Foster Care helped Filbert recover and find a new happy and safe home.
Smokey
Smokey’s mum was rescued from a horrendous puppy factory during her pregnancy and placed in Foster Care. Here, she gave birth to six healthy puppies. Since then Smokey and his family have all found new homes.
Poppy
Poppy came to us needing surgery to fix her fractured hip. Thanks to Foster Care, she was able to recover from her operation in a quiet and loving home environment.
Lucy
Lucy had a rotated pedal bone when she arrived at the RSPCA. She could hardly walk – she even struggled to get to her food and water. Thanks to our specialised pony and horse rehabilitation program she’s now on the mend.
Thanks to generous support, we can continue to make a difference to thousands of animals lives and give them the greatest chance of finding their forever home.
