RSPCA Warrnambool The RSPCA Warrnambool shelter was officially opened in 1983 and has since cared for and protected animals in the Western District region. In the past year, RSPCA Warrnambool has provided care to more than 1,313 stray and abandoned animals. RSPCA Inspectors within the region investigate cruelty complaints reported by the community. RSPCA Victoria receives more than 14,400 cruelty complaints each year and 46% are from regional Victoria.
