Victorian Districts The RSPCA works across Victoria, helping animals in need. The regions in which we work are divided into districts which form an integral part of our organisation. Our work in these districts helps us provide much needed animal welfare support to the community. All of our districts operate op shops which are operated solely by volunteers. The money raised in our shops supports the continued operation of our shelters and and Inspectorate.
