About Geelong

Geelong became part of the RSPCA in March 1984. A local RSPCA shop was opened to raise funds to support local animal welfare services, the shop is managed by dedicated volunteers. This shop is also one of our retail outlets for Hill's Science Diet pet foods, so come on in to purchase some nutritional pet food for your loved one.

An RSPCA Inspector is based in Geelong. More than 9% of the total cruelty complaints that RSPCA Victoria receives are from this local region and the Western districts. RSPCA Victoria receives more than 9,700 cruelty complaints each year and 46% are from regional Victoria.

RSPCA relies heavily on the support of volunteers to provide local animal welfare services and fundraising activities.
