RSPCA BallaratRSPCA Ballarat says thank you to Ryan's!
RSPCA Ballarat recently received a generous donation with the support of
the Ryan's IGA customers in Ballarat. Through the Ryan's Community
Rewards Coin program, customers are given tokens to place in any charity box
of their choice. The Ballarat community showed their support for the RSPCA and raised over $5000!
RSPCA Ballarat regularly requires the help of new volunteers. If you are over the age of 15, reliable and love animals you may be able to get involved.
For more details give us a call on (03) 5334 2075 or drop into the shelter and say G'day!
Ballarat became part of the RSPCA in 1968. The local RSPCA shelter provides care for more than 3,400 unwanted and stray animals each year. An RSPCA Inspector is based in Ballarat. The Inspector manages cruelty complaints for the local region, Grampians and Sunraysia districts, which account for more than 11% of the total cruelty complaints that RSPCA Victoria receives. RSPCA has an Opportunity Shop in Ballarat where all funds raised help to support the local shelter and animal welfare services within the local community. To view the shop opening hours, please refer to the green panel on the
